How many calories do you need to lose wieght?

Wiki Howさんで、How to calculate how many calories you need to eat to lose weight(体重を落とすためのカロリー計算方法)が紹介されていました。
1. BMRを計算する
RMR = 9.99w + 6.25s – 4.92a + 166g – 161
w = weight in kilograms; if you know your weight in pounds, divide by 2.2 to get your weight in kilograms
s = height in centimeters; if you know your height in inches, multiply by 2.54 to get your height in centimeters
a = age in years
g = gender = 1 for males, 0 for females
2. アクティビティレベルに合わせて試算
・エクササイズなし BMR*1.2
・週1~3回 BMR*1.375
・週3~5回 BMR*1.55
・週6~7回 BMR*1.725
・重労働 BMR*1.9
